INTELLIGENT BUILDINGS FOR SHELL AND ESSO IN KUALA LUMPUR AND KERTEH, TERENGGANU, MALAYSIA. WE DEVELOPED BUILDING AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS TO MANAGE THE OPERATION OF HEATING, VENTILATING AND AIR-CONDITIONING

EFFECTIVE WATER MANAGEMENT
Bangkok is prone to flash flooding as the majority of the city is located below sea level. With Vector International Malaysia’s help, the Bangkok Metropolitan Authority deployed a Flood Management System consisting of 52 remote units located in the city.
UPDATED IN REAL TIME, THIS NETWORK:
Monitors rainfall, water and gateway levels, water quality and river/open waterway pumps
Identifies danger zones
Executes corrective actions by controlling waterway pumps gates.
Our other water management clients include Putrajaya Holdings (Water Distribution and Management System), Tawau Timatch Plant, Sabah (Water Treatment Monitoring and Control System), Laku Plant in Miri, Sawarak (Water Treatment System).
SMART SURVEILLANCE
We designed and deployed customised software that allowed our client to closely monitor and control over 250 CCTV camera units spread within two office buildings in Putrajaya, the new Malaysian Government Administrative Centre.

Graphically driven with incorporated floor structure scans, for user-friendliness
Allows remote download/upload of camera controller configuration

INTELLIGENT OFFICES
For Shell and Esso in Kuala Lumpur and Kerteh, Terengganu, Malaysia respectively, we developed building automation solutions to manage the operation of Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) and lighting systems.

INTELLIGENT HOMES
For the TA Group, we developed a comprehensive integrated smart home system for their gated, low density, high-end,
luxury bungalow project, Damansara Idaman. Comprised of various systems, including Home Alarm, Home Automation,
Access Control, Landscape Lighting, CCTV, Intercom, Guard Tour and Visitor Management systems, the Damansara Idaman smart homes ensure the comfort, safety and security of their residents.
SMART GATE CONTROLS
For the Malaysian Customs and Excise Department, we developed a Gate Control System to control the release of exports and imports within the free industrial zones of North Port, West Port, the Kuala Lumpur International Airport and Tanjung Kupang and Tanjung Puteri in Johor Bahru.
OUR SYSTEM:
Expedites the release of cargo and manages the access control of the Customs Entry and Exit Gates
Complements the paperless environment of the Customs Department
Increases manpower productivity
Provides effective monitoring of the status of import/export of cargo and supports post-clearance auditing
Another Access Control System we developed is the contactless, smart-card based fare collection system currently used by the Hong Kong Transport Department for their MTR Light Rail system, which monitors over 4 million transactions daily.
EFFECTIVE MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS
For Coca Cola Amatil, we developed one of their largest and most comprehensive Manufacturing Executive Systems (MES).
OUR SYSTEM:
Controls CCA’s Australian production and bottling operations from ordering to monitoring, warehousing and delivery, and
Extracts and collates data to produce comprehensive real time production reports our other MES clients include Petronas, ICI Paints and Broken Hill Proprietory Company Ltd.
BRILLIANT LIGHTING PROJECTS
We have introduced state-of-the-art, networked and programmable lighting systems, which integrate easily with other existing light fixtures to create one-of-a-kind lighting installations and effects. Our lighting system projects in Malaysia include the Telekom Tower, Kuala Lumpur City Convention Centre, Palace of Justice, Putrajaya, Pan Pacific KLIA Hotel, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, and Four Seasons Langkawi.
